What is Casein?
Casein also known as sodium caseinate, calcium caseinate or milk protein is the predominant phosphoprotein (αS1, αS2, β, κ) that accounts for nearly 80% of proteins in milk and cheese. [1] It is used as a food additive in many processed foods.
