What are Cultures?
Cultures usually refers to cheese cultures which are many various bacteria specimens that are needed for the production of all types of cheese products. The types of cheese cultures used in the production of the cheese, along with how long it is left to ripen, is what determines what cheese will taste, smell, and feel like. [1]
