What are Glycerated Cranberries?
Glycerated cranberries are cranberries that have been combined with glycerates to produce sweeter cranberries.
Glycerates can be any salt or ester of glyceric acid. Glyceric Acid is formed by the oxidation of glycerol or glyceraldehyde.
