What are Glycomacropeptides (GMP)?
Glycomacropeptides (GMP) are obtained from the process of splitting one of the milk proteins in whey called casein. GMP is derived from an amino acid, from the process. GMP is known to possibly help prevent cavities and protect against viruses and bacteria.
