Icing

What is Icing?

Icing also called frosting or icing sugar, is a sweet glaze made of sugar that often also contains butter, water, egg whites, milk, or flavorings. Icing is primarily used to cover or decorate baked goods, such as cakes or cookies. [1]

Disputes

It is possible that icing can contain natural and/or artificial ingredients (such as artificial colors). It is best to buy products that specify exactly what the icing contains.
