What are Polysorbates?
Polysorbates are a class of artificial emulsifiers used in some food products, usually dairy. Some examples of polysorbates are; polysorbate 20, polysorbate 40, polysorbate 60, and polysorbate 80. [1]
Polysorbates are know commercially as Tween 60, Tween 80, etc. [2]
