What is Vitamin B6?
Vitamin B6 which can also be known as pyridoxal, pyridoxine, pyridoxamine and pyridoxine hydrochloride is a water soluble vitamin. 
Vitamin B6 was discovered in the 1930s during nutrition studies on rats.
