What is Vitamin K?
Vitamin K is relating to a family of vitamins, Vitamin K1, K2 and K3. Vitamin K1 is found in a variety of green plants while Vitamin K2 is found mostly in meat eggs and dairy products. Vitamin K3 is the synthetic form of vitamin K. [1]
