What is Wild Rice?
Wild Rice is group of grasses that grow in shallow water in small lakes and slow-flowing streams. Wild rice can be of four different species of rice which are, Northern Wild Rice, Wild Rice, Texas Wild Rice and Manchurian Wild Rice. [1]
